Logline:

Jack, a failed writer and recovering alcoholic, hangs out at an obscure dive bar, searching for inspiration for his next novel.  He befriends a broken woman who inspires him to write again, and it seems like his life may finally be turning around… until the arrival of a card-shuffling stranger fills Jack with an inexplicable sense of foreboding.  Jack confronts the stranger only to find that the hooded sweatshirt obscuring the man’s face may be hiding far darker secrets beneath.
